ARTS Newsletter in Hood River County. This is a newsletter informing citizens near OR 35 in Hood River about upcoming safety improvements. Originally the project manager wanted the piece to be 8.5 x 11 but there was no way I could fit the very tall map on that size so I convinced her to do an 8.5 x 14 instead. Even at that the map barely fit! I had to create some inset maps to get all the information on at a legible scale.

Pedestrian Safety Project on TV Highway Pedestrian safety is a major focus for ODOT this year, we’ve had way too many accidents on our streets and highways. This is a pretty straightforward newsletter. I drew the map and did the layout. Yes I have a contract with ODOT!
